How do I care for my custom leather goods?
Caring for your custom leather goods is essential to ensure their longevity and beauty.
Here are some tips to keep your items in top condition:
Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe your leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and a mild soap specifically designed for leather.
Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner or oil (olive oil works well) every 6 to 12 months (or as you see fit) to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out. This will help maintain its natural luster and resilience.
Avoid Water: Try to keep your leather goods away from excessive moisture. If they do get wet, wipe them gently with a soft cloth and let them air dry at room temperature, away from direct heat sources.
